我專注於真正決定 AI 能否改變你業務運作方式的判斷——數據科學、機器學習、Agentic 系統,以及相關的策略與教練服務。判斷力,而非工具本身,仍然是目前的關鍵瓶頸。

我不接企業級平台建設、合規與法律相關的 AI 項目,或 AI 生成影片製作。這些已有成熟的供應商在做——我的時間更值得花在仍需要判斷力的地方。

Focus

I work on the decisions that determine whether AI actually changes how your business runs — data science, ML, agentic systems, and the strategy and coaching around them. That's where judgment is still the bottleneck, not the tooling.

I don't take on enterprise platform builds, compliance and legal AI programs, or generative video work. Those are commodity services with established vendors already — my time is better spent where the calls still need making.
